These terms and conditions incorporate the terms of use for the originmint.com website and OriginMint software including the OriginMint API. By using our website and/or OriginMint software, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our website and/or OriginMint software. OriginMint reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. OriginMint will provide you with a notice of any changes to these terms and conditions. OriginMint will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes to these terms and conditions.

Use of OriginMint

You may use OriginMint for the following purposes:

1. To use the provided OriginMint API.

2. To use the software provided by OriginMint.

3. To use the OriginMint website.

Termination of Use

We may terminate your use of OriginMint at any time, without notice, for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. If you breach any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. If we suspect that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3. If we suspect that you are using OriginMint in a way that negatively affects OriginMint's reputation.

4. If you attempt to use OriginMint in a way that is not intended by OriginMint.

5. If you redistribute OriginMint in any way, including but not limited to a modified version of OriginMint.

6. If you advertise, or attempt to sell, our products or service that is derived from or linked to OriginMint.

7. If you use OriginMint in a malicious or illegal way.

8. If you attempt to crack, decompile, or reverse engineer OriginMint.

9. If you to attempt to gain unauthorized access to OriginMint.

10. If you attempt to interfere with OriginMint' operations.

11. If you attempt to access OriginMint in a way that OriginMint does not permit.

13. If you analyze OriginMint provided software in any way. This including authentication methods, packets or any other method of analysis.

14. If you attempt to chargeback, or otherwise reverse payment to OriginMint.

15. If you attempt to use your knowledge of MintClient to catch or get other MintClient users banned.

Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, refund any amount paid to OriginMint.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. If the provided software does not work as intended after contacting support.

2. If any incompatibility issues are present after contacting support.

Acceptance of Terms

By using OriginMint's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website and/or OriginMint software.

Modifications to the Terms

OriginMint reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.

User Eligibility
