Install Mint Client

Before you start

You need an OriginMint account and either Mint Client or Mint Client Free on that account. Download files only from the OriginMint panel.

Mint Client currently supports:

  • Minecraft 1.8.9 with Forge
  • Minecraft 1.18.2 with Fabric
  • Minecraft 1.20.1–1.20.4 with Fabric
  • Minecraft 1.21.5–1.21.11 with Fabric
  • Minecraft 26.2 with Fabric

Install

  1. Install and launch the matching Forge or Fabric loader once.
  2. In the OriginMint panel, open Downloads and choose your Minecraft version.
  3. Download Mint Client and place the downloaded .jar in that Minecraft installation’s mods folder.
  4. Start Minecraft with the matching loader profile.
  5. Join a world or server and press Right Shift to open Mint Client.

Do not mix builds between Minecraft versions. If Minecraft fails before reaching the title screen, confirm that the loader and Mint Client download match and temporarily remove other mods to identify conflicts.

Devices and HWIDs

One slot authorizes one device owned by the account holder. A Mint Client +1 Slot purchase is only for the same account holder to use another device they personally own. Slots and accounts may not be shared with another person; sharing can result in access removal and a ban.

You can reset an individual HWID slot from the panel once every 7 days. Reset the slot only when moving that slot to another device or after the device fingerprint genuinely changes.
